2026 Annual Meeting Registration
Mutual Assurance Society of Virginia will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Members on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at our offices, 4001 Fitzhugh Avenue, Richmond, VA 23230.
This meeting is restricted to Society members in good standing as of May 11, 2026. Members who wish to attend must register in advance.
Our meeting will be held in our large conference room. Voting will be allowed by voice.
Management encourages all members to vote by proxy in advance of the meeting.
2025 Annual Report
The 2025 Annual Report is available online March 17th, for reading and downloading.

The 2025 Financial Statement is available to members only and password-protected.
You received the password with your proxy.
If you have misplaced the password information, You may contact our member services department (804.355.1794).
Please have your policy number (HOP1234567, DP123456, etc.) available so we may identify you as a current member.
