The Board has approved a Bylaws change that will allow members to vote online, by mail, or "in person"
by Zoom Meeting for the 2021 Board of Directors slate. Here is more information on your options.

Online
We have outsourced the online and mail-in processes to Intelliscan, a proxy management company located in Pennsylvania.
If you have signed up for paperless communications with us, you will receive an email from Intelliscan on April 1st containing your personalized ballot weblink. The email will be coming from [email protected]et, so please be sure to add this address to your safe sender list.
By Mail
If you receive your Society correspondence by mail, look for the proxy in your mailbox. It will have a return address with Mutual listed and Intelliscan's Pennsylvania return address.
You may vote online with the ID number listed above your name in the address box. The website address is on the proxy. If you prefer, you can mail the ballot back in the postage-paid envelope provided.
If mailing your proxy, please do not include anything else in the envelope, such as payment or correspondence, as it will not be coming to our offices in Richmond.
In Person
Due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as construction going on in our building, the Annual Meeting will be held by Zoom again this year. You can register for the meeting by clicking here.
Whether you plan to attend the virtual meeting or not, we encourage you to vote by proxy in advance.
