2026 Proxy At-a-Glance

Here are some dates and data so you'll know what to expect with the 2026 Mutual Assurance Proxy.

The proxy is open to all current members of the Society. Members are defined as policyholders.

Emailed proxies will go out to all members with valid email addresses in our records, the weeks of March 2nd, 16th and April 1st. If you have requested a mailed proxy from us in past years, you will receive a hard copy again.

Mailed proxies will go out the week of April 1st.

Voting

You will be voting for three Board Members. There is no other business on which to vote this year.

Vote by Internet (Preferred method)

You will receive an internet address and a 9 Digit ID Number in your email and mailed proxies. We encourage all members to utilize this method as it is the safest and most cost-effective method.

Vote by Mail

Complete the proxy form you will receive by mail and return it in the yellow postage-paid envelope.

When making your selection, please fill in the square completely. You may request a paper ballot at aarbitell@intelliscaninc.com if you have not already requested one in past years.

Financial Statements

2025 Financial statements and the annual report will be available after March 17th. If you would like a paper copy, please email community@mutual-assurance.com. Accessing the financial statements will require a password that is provided with your proxy.
