Prices have gone up in almost every spot in the Commonwealth since this time last year, and we've found the data that will give you some insight into recent trends in home pricing and monthly mortgage payments.

For example, the city of Falls Church in Fairfax County (which includes the highly desirable hamlet of McLean) has the highest median home price, at $1,061,170, while the city of Covington in Southwest Virginia has a median home cost of $93,100.
